1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aiguyagency.com (the "Site") and the AI automation services provided by AI Guy Agency ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

AI Guy Agency provides AI automation services for home service businesses, including but not limited to:

• Custom website design and development
• Lead generation and follow-up automation
• Social media management
• Smart estimating and CRM integration
• AI chatbot development and deployment

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual proposals and agreements.

3. Setup Fees and Billing

• Setup fees are due as follows: 50% on signing, 50% on launch.
• Monthly billing begins after site launch or system deployment.
• Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance.
• Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.

4. No Long-Term Contracts

Our services are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable.

5. SMS Terms

If you opt in to SMS communications, the following terms apply:

• By consenting, you agree to receive automated SMS messages from AI Guy Agency at the phone number you provided.
• Message frequency: 1-4 messages per month.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
• Standard message and data rates may apply per your carrier.
• We will not send marketing SMS without your explicit consent.

6. Client Responsibilities

To enable our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and access to required accounts (e.g., social media, CRM, email).
• Grant necessary permissions for third-party integrations (Housecall Pro, Google Business Profile, Facebook, etc.).
• Review and approve content, estimates, and automations in a timely manner.
• Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe to avoid project delays.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees, you own the website content and custom automations built specifically for your business. AI Guy Agency retains ownership of underlying tools, frameworks, code libraries, and methodologies used across multiple clients.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI Guy Agency is not liable for:

• Lost revenue, missed leads, or business outcomes resulting from the use of our services.
• Downtime or disruptions caused by third-party platforms (Facebook, Google, Housecall Pro, etc.).
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed the monthly fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

9. No Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific business results, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (Housecall Pro, Google, Facebook, Twilio, etc.). We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, terms, or service disruptions. You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts on these platforms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:

• Monthly billing stops at the end of the notice period.
• We will provide reasonable handover of your website and configurations.
• Setup fees are non-refundable.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
